Waivers

For each visit, players will have to sign a waiver before being allowed to play.
Players younger then age 18 will need a parent/guardian to sign the waiver for them.
Waivers are available at the field but you can download here.
Just click the link below to open the waiver as a PDF file.
You may then print it off, sign it, and bring it to the field.
